Changed your mind?

Don’t worry – you can return any product from your online order within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If your item does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us in an unused, un-opened, re-saleable condition for a refund. 

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product for refund in any of our Phone Repair locations or by return shipping. 

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used or otherwise rendered as unsuitable for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

REPAIRS SERVICE POLICY

If you booked a repair online you have 60 days from the date of purchase to drop-off your device for the required service. After this date, we will refund your order in full as a service untendered.
